The succulents were in great shape when they arrived! The way the seller packaged them even included a little warmer to keep the succulents warm when delivered. None of the succulents were broken nor did they appear to come with any root rot. I also appreciated that the seller included a little card that said if I had a problem with the order to contact them and give them a chance to fix it before I just hastily left a bad review. The ONLY thing I would change/suggest would be to include a card with the names of what each succulent is. I always like to know what kind of plants we have in our homes just because we do have cats and some plants can be harmful to them. I've tried to look them up, however, there are so many succulents it's kind of difficult. I enjoyed the random variety we got, I would have just liked a card detailing what each succulent's name is. Overall, I would definitely buy from this seller again. Great quality and reasonable prices!
