I am a bakery owner and I sell French macarons, I've been using the wegmans brand almond flour for over a year now. Lately their almond flour has been clumpy and moist and was causing my macarons to be hollow and look absolutely horrible. Because macarons are my biggest seller, I needed to find an alternative almond flour. When I found oh!nuts I decided to try it because I'm the long run it would've been cheaper for me to buy the 4lb bag instead of separate 1lb bags at wegmans.... Let me tell you this is the BEST almond flour I have ever used!!! It is so fine I don't lose any product when I sift it and my macarons come out with beautiful feet and fluffy full centers. I'm so happy to have found this brand! You've gained a forever buyer.
