My dog had surgery to remove a lump on the side of his abdomen about 2 inches away from his privates. I didn't want to use a cone so I tried the inflatable neck collar. His neck is bigger than his head so that lasted 30 seconds before he had that off. A t-shirt that I altered sort of worked but had to come off every time he needed to go outside to do business. Once this "onesie" arrived everything has been good! I read the reviews and measured him to buy the correct size (for him I ordered an XL). I cut out the area for a male dog's privates. It fits really well. He has total range of motion, can do everything in it and has been wearing it 24 hrs/day for 5 days now. I'm glad he is comfortable in it but the best part is that he has not licked or bothered the incision area even ONCE! and the incision is healing beautifully! YAY!
