Let me explain, when I first bought these at the store I thought they were just coffee - I honestly didn't know what was meant by Nitro (turns out infused with Nitrogen to make it bubble. After I read some reviews, I realized I was missing out on the fizz. So let me tell you the keys to getting the bubbles. (1) Make sure the can is chilled in a refrigerator. (2) Take the can out of the refrigerator and place it on the counter for 5 minutes. (3) After 5 minutes and with the mouth of the can facing you, tilt (lean) the can slightly toward you (don't lift the can off the counter entirely, the front part of the bottom still should touch the counter) and open the can once tilted.
