Not a bad book, but I assumed this would be helpful for someone looking to invest in single family rentals. If you are looking for information about purchasing houses to rent out, this book is not for you. This is intended for those looking into large-scale investing in apartment complexes and the like. This book is really of no use for those of us looking to invest in houses as rental properties. The title is a bit misleading as it should specify that it is entirely devoted to large-scale multi-family unit investing.
