Even worse, when they smudge under your lashes
I'm 71 years old. I'm tired of dry liners that won't leave a mark, or break when you try to sharpen them. Even worse, when they smudge under your lashes. This goes on smoothly and easily, and stays put....all day!! Wish I had found this 50 years ago!
