Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Premier Protein pre- mixed ready to drink shakes in individual bottles. Like you, I have tried a dozen protein powders and pre-mixed protein shakes. I’ve also tried a variety of different protein supplement flavors too! One thing for sure- I will stay with Vanilla, for its ability to blend well with other ingredients such as fruit and greens. I enjoy the convenience and light weight of protein powder, but I don’t like that they can be gritty or lumpy when you drink it. Premier Protein in these bottles are surprisingly smooth, creamy, and delicious! It’s super velvety and creamy in the mouth. And you feel like you’ve had a snack when you’ve had a bottle. Even half a bottle feels substantial! This has high protein and low carbs and sugar. It’s also low fat. Use as a meal replacement or supplement for building. Drink out of the bottle, or blend with fruit and greens if you wish to add to it. I take these on the road with me in a pilot’s cooler from eBags. It’s a small lunch sized cooler that looks like a small utility bag. Please watch for my review on it, with photos. I freeze two of these protein shakes and freeze a small bottled water to use instead of cooler ice. I add canned soda and food and as the drinks thaw, they keep my food and soda cold while I’m on the road. If you freeze these, be sure to shake it like you are a human blender. Because I’ve noticed after freezing, even when it’s thawed it can get clumpy UNLESS you shake it really really well! You’ll want to do that anyway, because it’s the shaking that aerates the drink and adds to the creaminess! For a guilt free dessert- pair the Premier Protein with a Quest Protein Cookie, right here from Amazon! Truly, the Quest cookies are absolutely amazing as a “cookie substitute.” It’s really a wonderful way to feed that sweet tooth and not make your Fairy Godmother angry! Please check out my review on the protein cookies- I’ll include photos so you can see for yourself what they look like once you open them! So try these shakes out! They are truly the best tasting protein shake I have tried yet. And they are in convenient bottles. Drink half and save it, or drink the whole bottle and feel “comfortably full!”
