I was leery of ordering a mattress online but I'm so glad i did. BEST DECISION EVER! I haven't had any back or hip pain in the 2 weeks since we started using this mattress. It does come in a box shrink wrapped and you do need 2 people to move it. I suggest you take it out of the box as it is easier to maneuver. This mattress is on the firmer side just as we read, and we love it. Soft but firm. It does cool but i don't notice it all that much, I just know it is NOT HOT.
