These are great! They taste way sweeter than I thought they would. Lots of apple and pineapple taste. Also, I noticed that, at least for me and my gullet, it really blows me out. I mean, within an hour or two if I drank a whole on of these, I'll be on the pot. Must be the kale. So I use these to keep me regular instead of a nutritional boost. Maybe that was TMI but damn, I think these things are great for that purpose alone. Who needs metamucil??
