Good value with some discrepancies from what was advertised.
I bought two of these packs from Exxess Entertainment for my children who collect and play Pokemon. Overall, it is a good value, but was not exactly as advertised. All cards were at least 100 HP and there were very few duplicates. 3 cards were not rare, but still had the minimum HP. As a bonus, 20 of the cards were foil/reverse foil. Unlike some of the packs I've seen for sale, I did not feel that they were trying to dump unwanted cards on me.
To help you see what was contained in the package and make your own judgment call, I have included an inventory of what I received.
