Very pleased with the results. I drained my engine oil (08 BMW 328xi w/ N51 engine) and refilled with 7 quarts of new NAPA 5w-30 synthetic blend and a NAPA brand “gold” filter. With the fresh filter and oil in the engine, I added LiquiMoly’s engine flush. The engine was cold, and had not been started with the fresh oil yet. So the Flush started working in a cold engine, with brand new oil and a brand new filter. I let the engine idle for twenty minutes on a timer. Proceeded to shut the engine off, immediately drain the NAPA Synthetic blend oil + flush and remove the filter. Replaced the filter with a Mann filter and filled the crankcase with LiquiMoly long life 5w-40 full synthetic. I was extremely happy with the sound of the engine on start up. Noticeably quieter. Idle was smoother, and settled out after initial start up faster than before the flush. Can’t say anything to performance or “horsepower” because I don’t have a dyno and I don’t think this product makes HP claims, nor should it. I attached pictures of the oil and filter before/after the flush. For twenty minutes of operation at idle, the oil and filter that came out were markedly dirtier than would be expected after twenty minutes of idle without flush. Overall very pleased. Will be doing this every other oil change interval without a doubt
