It does what it's supposed to do but like everyone else has mentioned here.....it jams more often than not! It isn't the motor's fault, it's the fault of the engineering design team. I assembled my robot according to the manufacturer's instructions and sure enough I could put about a dozen balls in it and it works well. The jamming occurs when you put in 144 balls and fill it all the way to the top. The problem stems from the weight of the balls all together and the rotating disc which is supposed to push one ball at a time into the firing mechanism. There is too much friction on the side of the robot where the single ball is supposed to go. I have solved the problem! I added a strip of Teflon tape on the area that causes all the friction and the jamming (SEE PICTURE!). Now the balls have no place to "stick" and the rotating disc works as it was designed. So there you have it, problem solved!
