Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I really wanted to like this book. I was excited before I even received it. Somewhere along the way I missed there were particular examples for titles and roles for more than half of the book. Healthcare wasn't listed, which means I can piecemeal some of it, but most of this book will be unusable to me. These are the areas that phrases for specific roles: Accounting and Finance (accountant, auditor, bookkeeper, controller, credit/collections manager, financial analyst) Human Resources (benefits administrator, compensation analyst, employee and labor relations rep, recruiter, training and org development specialist) Information Technology (data entry operator, database administrator, help desk coordinator, programmer analyst, project manager, systems analyst) Legal (attorney, contract analyst, legal secretary, paralegal) Manufacturing (assembly and packaging technician, distribution manager, equipment technician, machinist, manufacturing supervisor, master scheduler, production control assistant, production lead, production supervisor, r&d engineer, supply chain manager, technical writer) Operations (administrative assistant, customer service representative, executive secretary, facilities maintenance supervisor, office manager, receptionist, research manager, safety and security supervisor, transportation supervisor, warehouse manager) Sales, Marketing, and Accounting (account executive, art director, cashier/checker, event/conference coordinator, fundraising/development executive, graphic designer, market research analyst, marketing director, media planner, product/brand manager, publicist, sales associate- brokerage, sales associate- retail, sales manager, sales representative- outside, telemarketer). I probably would not have purchased this book had I known it didn't really relate to my field. I hop this list helps you to make a more informed decision.
