The massager works great. It is almost like getting a real massages. It’s intense, which I need for my tight muscles, but it also has a cover to put over the back portion for a lighter massage if you prefer that. And the heat feature is so nice! I prefer using the app’s preset categories so I can choose if I want a relaxing or invigorating massage depending on the time of day. This model has all the different massage options combined. The heat makes a big difference too.
