I really enjoyed this movie, considering that I'm not a huge Queen's fan. I'm not familiar with any of the band members but I do remember hearing about Freddie Mercury dying from AIDS. Bohemian Rhapsody is actually one of my favorite songs. If you really listen to the words, they are kind of unsettling because he wrote the song in 1975 and died in 1991. The song is written as though he knew he already had AIDS, but it was reported that he was diagnosed in 1987...eerie. I went to see the movie because I'm a huge music lover and love movies about music artist. When I went, I have to admit that I was totally blown away! It was a bit long, but I wasn't bored. I actually found it very entertaining from the beginning to the end. I HIGHLY recommend it! If I was impressed, not being a Queen's fan, I'm sure the real fans, without a doubt will be amazed! :>)
