That best seller was branded FlePow, instead of Zorami. The FlePow was Amazon's #1 best seller in the nose/ear hair trimmer category from about 2019 until early 2021. 4.5 stars out of 5.0, 48,800 ratings. Then suddenly the FlePow product disappeared entirely from the Amazon website. This is labeled as from the exact same maker (Ningbo Tianchao Electrical Appliance) with the exact same model number (TC-3550). This device looks exactly the same. The box it ships in looks exactly the same, same text, same fonts, images. Included is the exact same little cleaning brush. The exact same beauty images are being used on this webpage ... even the silly "Andrew Welsh" endorsement. This Zorami is EXACTLY the same product as the FlePow. The ONLY difference is that the brand-name has been swapped-out where needed. It's a fantastic trimmer, best I've ever owned. Trims very well, no clamping, no pain, cleans up easily with detachable head that you just rinse out. And, even better, this Zorami-branded device is selling for about HALF what the FlePow was selling for here. Only shortcoming: No instructions or user's guide in the box. Just what is posted here on the webpage ... and what is printed ON the box (which isn't much). I uploaded a picture of the complete box. Look no further. This is the trimmer you want. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW (FOR THE FLEPOW): This is, hands down, the best nose hair trimmer I've ever owned. Even better than the Wahl 5546-400 Lighted Nose-Ear-Brow Trimmer that it is replacing. And the Wahl, at twenty smackers, was picked by Hammacher Schlemmer as best-of-breed when I bought it. This FlePow cuts better & closer, and thereby faster … whereas with the Wahl I would have to go 'round-and-round' again & again to get the same quality of trim. (Btw, zero pain and/or yanking with either of them.) Also, the head of this FlePow, pops-off, so you can rinse it clean, separated from any electronics. Even though the FlePow is rated "IPX7 Waterproof" … meaning you can dunk it in 10 feet of water for 30 minutes without damage. Anyway, the Wahl didn't have such a feature; they just told you to stick the whole thing under the faucet. Also, the big clear plastic screw-on/off cover/lid on this FlePow is nice to have; the Wahl had just a little teeny-weeny plastic cover that slipped only over the metal tip … and it was always getting lost when I removed it. The Wahl, btw, had a built-in little LED that tries to shine up where you are trimming. Don't be tempted by that feature in a trimmer; I found the LED on the Wahl to be far, far too dim to be of any use whatsoever. Before the Wahl I owned several brands (and no-name brands) of the type that have a permanent 'little-comb-on-a-post' on top … and all of them were lousy. I say don't buy a trimmer of that style. The only shortcoming is that there are absolutely no instructions included whatsoever; you have to figure out the stuff about cleaning, the waterproof rating, etc. all on your own. I say you can't go wrong here. I shopped around here a bit before buying one … and, in the end, I couldn't find another trimmer I thought would do better. And, after using this one, I figure I was probably right.
