A great supplement to have. As an entrepreneur this thing is a godsend. I drink coffee but it has its drawbacks (same class of drug as crack - just saying). Hundreds of orders of magnitude weaker (and doesn't kill brain cells) as said illicit drug, but still. I wanted something that supports my mind and not just stimulates it. This does it. In fact, I cannot recommend it enough. In combo with my homemade espresso. I'm calm, most importantly, collected, and ready to attack the keyboard / books. I'm downright impressed. I'm also in engineering school (to add to my burdens). So trust me when I say I've tried everything (the doctor's recommendations of Adderall, coffees of every kind, exercising, etc.). I can also safely say as a graduated science major that if this doesn't work for you? It's a testament to your hard work or lifestyle (or both) and you need more than this. The science backs this up as being extremely supportive and I've found that to be the case. So seriously seek a doctor if this is, "meh" reaction for you. In summary: I'd never have the time to chop up all these herbs on their own. Again, a godsend. Now, back to my work! Awesome stuff.
