I've had this for a few months now. Originally I bought it because I decided that my old chair from Staples wasn't doing the job anymore. Since then I bought a fancy gaming chair, that had a kind of crappy lumbar pillow that came with it. I took that pillow off, and replaced it with comfort cushion. Now I can sit in my gaming chair all day if need be. I own an entertainment site, and I am a YouTuber. I spend anywhere from 2 -8 hours a day in my chair. I have a touch of early arthritis, so on really rainy days, if I am watching a movie in the living room, I can just detach from my chair and sit behind me on the couch. Even though it doesnt advertise this feature, you can unzip where the cushion is, and pop a thin ice compress in there if necessary. This is one of those products where you won't immediately notice the difference, but you WILL notice less pain with continuous use. Totally worth it.
