I really loved this bag and used it for about 10 days before the zipper broke. I was stuck in Africa with a wide open bag. And unfortunately I am past the return date. So, if it would have held up a bit better I would have given it a 5-star rating. Loved the bag - maybe just defective. UPDATE: they replace my bag free of charge and I love it! Maybe my first was just a defective fluke. Perfect for travel without paying for a pricey brand. It’s sleek and very spacious.
