There isn't a product on the planet that has helped me overall as much as Quercetin+Bromelain has. I am a firm believer! I have suffered from allergies, asthma, seasonal illness since well....forever but I started taking this product 3 or 4 years ago..100% change. I am the only one that seems to never get sick now. I went from being the one that gets EVERY COLD/bug to the one that never gets sick in the office. I am not saying it is a Superman elixor but for me I can't discount the benefits. I don't even take an allergy pill in the spring anymore as long as I am regularly taking my Quercetin+Bromelain. Maybe it is just MY elixor for good health. Doesn't hurt to try if you were in the same boat...
