I blame myself for not reading the title more closely. I was looking for hiking pants with good reviews. I saw the photos with long pants. I got the package on time and was wondering where the lower half of the pants went when I pulled them out of the package. That's when I realized I ordered the Capris. Honestly, feeling the material I would have bypassed these in the store. I am 5'6 and weigh 150-152 pounds. I ordered the large size. They fit just right. I worried about chaffing and overall quality. I was going to return them but hate the return process. I decided to wear them on my 7 miles in, 7 miles back overnight 1st backpacking trip in years. I was pleasantly surprised. Absolutely no chaffing and had multiple river crossings knee to mid-thigh water deep. Within 20 minutes the pants were completely dry every single time. A companion wore jeans and they never fully dried and he was miserable, especially when the temperature dropped at night. I expected snags from all the desert brush along the trails. Not one snag. I would absolutely recommend these Capris. Now I just need to find these in pants. I was not paid for this review.
