For awhile it seemed tough to find basic earbuds of good quality WITHOUT a mic. But these are wonderful. No frills. Good sound, seem pretty well-built, the cable is quite substantial in comparison to similar phones. And there is an assortment of rubber adapters so you can really size the earphones to your ear... that has always been a nuisance for me but there is great variety in ther plugs. So they fit really nicely and thus keep out a lot of external noise. Highly recommended, if you don't need wireless and don't want to pony up for elaborate "noise-cancelling" gear.
