I like the size of this flag very much. It's about 2/3 the size of my previous flag. I live in an extremely windy area and the larger flag offers too much wind resistance and it destroys the flag pole in about 6 months. This smaller flag has less wind resistance so I believe that the flag pole will survive longer. Another benefit of the smaller flag is that I'm able to fly it at "half staff" when appropriate. The larger flag could not be lowered as it occupied nearly the entire flag pole (mounted to the side of my deck at an angle---not a full size vertical flag pole).
