I love this oven! I did a lot of research before picking a product and viewed ovens from $70-$400. After reading reviews, I took a chance on this model. I use the oven frequently, and I am cooking for two people. Since buying this oven, I have turned my regular oven on only once and that is because my standard sized muffin tin does not fit (I am going to buy a 6 muffin pan). I live in Florida, and not only have a I noticed a considerable difference in the temperature of my house as the hot weather is settling in for the season, but in one month my power bill dropped $50, which is roughly half the cost of the oven in one month! It heats well and evenly and, when I use the convection setting, cooks items in approximately 2/3 of the time I normally allow. My husband would eat french fries several nights a week if I would make them and I always bake them. With the convection setting they come out perfect, crispy, and in about 30 minutes time. I highly recommend this product.
