Never thought I will be the one using it.
I really never considered I will need one, but than I decided to bike 100 miles.
My knee gave out while cycling and anytime I had to push down on the pedal i felt a shooting pain.
I decided to try out a brace and what a difference it makes.
It stabilizes the knee giving soft comfortable compression. Even with the bars on the side if gives me full freedom of movement so I can even bike in this.
Next year I will put a lot more training into biking long distance but this brace will definitely help me with this.
