This is the best bottle I have ever owned as far as keeping my water cold. I love it for this reason! It also seems very durable. There are a couple of things I would change. The color band near the bottom of the bottle is actually like a giant rubber band. It is not clear from the pictures that the band is not actually painted on. I see this as being a dirt collector underneath over the long term. The other thing I have noticed is that it takes significant effort to suck the straw hard enough to get the drink to the top and when I release the straw it makes fairly loud noise that sounds like suction release and water dropping. This unfortunately prevents me from taking this bottle to church or business meetings. It would be much too distracting. Overall, I really like this bottle and will just use it around the house.
