I almost never leave reviews but based on the bad reviews I wanted to share my experience. The people who could not get this product to cure said that it was goopy, runny, etc. At no point was this product goopy or runny so I can only assume that they did indeed get a bad batch of this product. The consistency was like wet silly puddy. I washed my ears with baby wipes and washed my hands as well. I only used about one quarter of each side. I could see using up to a third for a more complete fill. After mixing up the two sides I rolled it into a ball and put it in my ear. I pushed the ball into my ear canal and spread the rest into my outer ear. I did all this with my mouth slightly open. I kept my mouth like this for 10 minutes at which point the material was solid enough to be pulled out. I'm extremely happy with this product and it's a shame that not everyone had the same experience. UPDATE: I bought a second package of these a few months after the first and used only a small portion. Since then the extra puddy has been sitting in the containers under my sink (about 8 months now). I pulled it out yesterday to make a new set of plugs and I did notice that it was quite a bit greasier than I remember. However, the product still set just as before. I mention this because I do believe that this product has a shelf life and seeing the product greasier than before makes me think that eventually it will become goopy and runny just as others have mentioned. If you are buying it from a third party retailer then who knows how old it might be. I've recommended this to multiple people and everyone has also had a great experience with this product.
