Once I got this thing to work, it works like a CHARM. You have to follow the instructions to the T. When it tells you to scan the QR code 8 inches away, you have to be EXACTLY 8 INCHES AWAY. No lazy estimating....and it will disconnect a couple times, which may frustrate you. But just be patient, leave it plugged in and connected to your wifi. Once it "settles in" you'll have 24 hour surveillance on your phone wherever you want.
