I am a 44C, I ordered true to size and the band and cups fit perfectly, I did not use the provided extender. Ok, so I only bought this bra yesterday so I don't know about longevity, but hey it's not expensive and it feels like it's well made. The Good: with the wide band and 5 clasp closure your back and sides are securely contained. Assuming you get the correct band size you will have excellent flab concealment. It's very slimming. The cups are awesome, they don't have any weird seams or shaping that give you weird pointy/cone boobs, mine were nicely rounded. Your boobs are lifted and held fairly close together which provides the cleavage. I was kind of skeptical about getting a bra without push-up padding because my boobs aren't very big (before my weight gain I was only a B) so I need all the help I can get. It is extremely hard to find a push-up, under-padded bra that is in my size that doesn't have horrible reviews or doesn't seem to provide any lift. I need not have looked further than this bra! It provided as much lift and cleavage as my VS bra that doesn't come in my new hefty size. I had insta cleavage and looked and felt a full cup size bigger. The lace pops up just slightly above the lining of the cup so you can see a bit of skin through lace- so sexy. This bra goes a little lower on my rib cage than my other bras which made me feel slimmer, supper supported and it is really sexy. The Bad: you know that lower band that looks and feels so awesome? Well as I sat in it for hours the band did fold up a bit. This is NOT a fault of the bra. I slouch a bit and my stomach fat has creeped up my ribs to under my boobs. When I'm sitting my boobs touch this rib fat which tucks this bra into a crevice. I don't notice it on my other bras because they don't extend below the boob under crease and the bra just tucks under my boobs. So when this bra band folded it did become ever so slightly uncomfortable. When I stood up I just unfolded the band and it layed flat again. This is not the most uncomfortable bra I've worn by far and this one is so sexy and affordable. So I think this bra is fabulous and I will definitely be buying more. The only complaint I had was the fault of Ben & Jerry's for making such delicious ice cream.
