Love the quality of this material .. very well made Plus like the simple fact that my I-phone XR in its LifeProof case can easily fit into my Armband .. no straps, no Velcro just slide it on your arm and you are all set Definitely use/ follow the chart found on amazon site to measure your arm .. if you're close to the end of the measurements of one size (I'd go up to next size to be safe) .
