Overall, they work. These do not require the Sengled hub. These work with Amazon's Echo Plus. You will not be able to connect more than 4 without putting them into pairing mode (flip the light switch on 10 times quickly, they should start blinking, shut the light off, click "discover devices" than turn it back on). This will fix that problem 100%. This ARE dimmable. "Dimmer incompatible" refers to sliding switches. You will not be able to dim with a dimmer switch, but through Alexa and the App, you definitely can. Out of 10 I'm using, all 10 have a decent range. They are not 1,2,3,4,5% like the phillips hue, but they are fairly functional. Probably 5% per step. IF YOU PLAN TO USE WITH Sengled HUB: Don't. Their software is garbage, look at the reviews on the app store. There are 3 separate apps, and they all have about 2.5/5 rating for a reason. If you get it to work, don't forget your password as it WILL NOT send you a password reset link. Customer service is subpar at best. Setup description and details on how to get it to go into pairing mode or resetting them is 0/10 as there is no details included and the website makes this information hard to find. Overall: If you really can't afford Phillips Hue, or want Daylight smart bulbs like me - you can use these. They're very cheap, and fully functional.
