For my husband (76) and me (68) we weren't sure how much good it was doing until we ran out and stopped taking it. I've had chemo and sometimes losing my words is a byproduct. I had taken it for a couple of years. Approximately 6 weeks after stopping I had more issues at work and in general with my brain to mouth. I resumed taking them and I am very happy that I seem to be "back" as is my husband.
