I use this product for almost a year and it grew my hair profusely. Hair grows 1/2 inch per month according to science. Within 3 months my hair had grown (at least) 6 inches. That was from the capsules. I later found out that it is also available in extract (liquid) form, which is available at health food stores, or anywhere herbs are sold. So I started using the extract. It comes with a dropper & you put about 8 drops in an 4oz. glass of water and drink it. Before the year was up my hair was about 10 inches down my back. I only stopped using Horsetail because my hair got so long I couldn't do anything with it & I didn't have the money to go to a salon every 2 weeks. But it does work. Don't take my word, try it for yourself. Please know that this is only good for growing hair (length), it does not make it thicker at all. Because it has silica it is also good for your skin, and fingernails.
