Upon using this product only a couple days I can say that the machine is living up to why these are becoming so prominent in society. The machine has a slick way to easily plug and charge at the bottom, a simple ON/OFF switch, and a nice LCD screen to show power left and speed. It is very user friendly in other words without overwhelming you. Regarding the pain relief: I look at this machine as a tremendous way to warm up and maintain muscle groups one wants to focus on. I can use this at my desk job or before a serious training session which makes this extremely versatile for me. I enjoy using this machine to get my blood flowing throughout my body and even in my face as its a great warm up for vocal technique and a morning routine to work into I really look forward to using this machine throughout all areas of my life both MMA sparring, Yoga, and relaxing with self/mates.
