Wonderful collection of unique recipes, considerable fun to try--from the baking and eating side.
Wonderful recipes, but a bit of a challenge from the US side of the pond. Our ovens don't have the same settings, so it's kind of a challenge to guess at temperature/fan speed conversions. Google helps considerably with measurement translations, and we've found that the extra challenges are still worth the effort.
