Overall I am very satisfied with the product. Spoons are great. When we talk about cups idea is wonderful - a full array of sizes speeds up work substantially. The problem is that machining on the inside of some cups was not done thoroughly enough which leads to difficulty in cleaning. If that issue is corrected the product will have very little competition. UPDATE on the order. I rated the product 4 stars initially. Then I was contacted by the seller, who took pains to apologize for the defective product and sent replacement. This is first time I see such concern and care from the seller. I truly admire the dedication to the great service and customer satisfaction. Thank you very much. Pleasure dealing with you.
