A few years ago I had a similar device from a different company, SpyTec. Their device was more expensive and after I was done with their service I could not reach anyone to shut off the service. The app wouldn’t allow me to cancel and their was no way to reach a person. I had to cancel my debit card to make them stop charging me. The next time I needed asset tracking I wanted to try a different company and I found Tracki as a business to be such a pleasure to deal with. So friendly and helpful I feel like I’m calling on a longtime faithful servant whom I can trust. Also, this tracker works very well, and it’s very small. I lost one accidentally, it got destroyed and couldn’t be recovered safely, and I called customer service and was helped by June. She was very helpful and friendly and their warranty is unparalleled in any competitor. They will replace any device that gets lost, as long as you buy it here on Amazon. Lifetime. Never expires. I can’t imagine a better customer service experience. I will use this company for my assets tracking exclusively because 1) it’s really cheap cost wise, 2) super easy to set up, and 3) the app is intuitive and powerful, with lots of options for how you want the tracker device and app to interact for your own needs, and most importantly, 4) awesome customer service, super polite and patient, competent and knowledgeable about their product and service, capable, helpful and they all sound like they are good looking over the phone, but not in any conceited way. This is how I wish my cell phone provider did customer service. Must be a well managed company run by some Elon Musk type of guy that is flawlessly personable to an extent you wish you could hate him but he’s irresistibly charming, and his good character and attitude attract competent and dedicated managers who in turn spread their good charisma throughout the company so even the guy in the stockroom is happy to work there. Like Costco, back when it was price club, all the cart collectors looked like chipoendales models and so the divorcees would be sure to go shop at one in the afternoon on the hottest days, so they could watch the college boys who veritably glowed with health, vigor, and shirts taken off and slung carelessly over a shoulder as they took turns sliding their long trains of reclaimed carts into position, poised for the next bulk shopper. If this is a publicly traded company if buy in. If this company was a woman I’d marry it. If I were asked what I imagine the perfect customer experience could be, I wouldn’t have dreamed of the reality that is my experience with Tracki.
