This is a great coffee grinder. I ordered it. It worked great. And I mean that. Then something happened. It stopped. Nothing I could do to get it to work worked. I called the Ariete 800 number. They passed me to Tech Support. A tech named Sam answered. I explained the whole deal. He asked me to let him walk me through their tech checking procedures. We couldn't get it to work. I thought, OK, here we go, they're going to tell me that it's because I threw it out of the top floor of the Empire State Bldg. No! Sam came back on the phone and said, we'll send you a new one. This is great customer service. And this is a great grinder. I can't recommend it more. It's easy to use. It grinds perfectly. It's quiet. Don't even think about getting another grinder. This is the one. And they stand behind it 100%
