Good unit, especially for the price.
I have been sleeping on mine every night for about the last three months with no real complaints. Only one little thing. You're likely going to want to use a sleeping bad or a pad on top for two reasons.
First, the beam ridges feel funny. You have to deflate it beyond reason to make the ridges not noticeable.
Second, remember your sleeping on a bed of air. It has ZERO insulating value. If your going somewhere cold and thought "this will get me off the ground and keep me warm"... Wrong. After the mattress acclimates to the ground temperature, it will be the same temperature.
Both issues are solved by using a sleeping bag or by laying on one blanket and covering up with a second.
And if this is your first air mattress...
Many people blow these up for the first time and can't understand why it loses a lot of air overnight... Here's the secret... "It's not". They stretch a lot more than you'd think when they first come out of the box.
I blew mine up very full (borderline too full) and let it sit for two days. I blew it up again and let it sit for two days. I blew it up a third time and let it sit for two days.
Then I took about 50% of the air out to soften the feel and that's it. I have literally slept on it every single night for about 3 months with zero leaks or real complaints.
