I was looking for another product online to order for mom when this popped up as a favorite and I was persuaded to look closer based on the thousands of highly starred reviews. As a physician, I ordered a small tub with a healthy dose of skepticism for my mom w severe arthritis who is trying to delay a much needed total shoulder. I have now ordered the multipack and have personally told friends at the hospital who are also using this product pretty regularly. My first indication that this worked is that my own hands have a degree of arthiritis from all my time in the operating room- it actually worries me a little- after applying the cream to moms shoulder, my own hand was completely pain free within moments. The second reassurance came with the fact mom has slept for the first time in days!! Finally, everyone who I've told about this product has come back to me telling me how much they love it. I rarely make promises to patients about pain and almost never make recommendations for over the counter products beyond ibuprofen and Tylenol- but I unreservedly recommend this for any arthritis related symptom
