Posting this review for both the original and French Vanilla varieties: I've been following this company since Kickstarter (I missed out on backing them unfortunately), and am very happy to see they are finally breaking into the market. I was a bit anxious when I ordered, since all other non-dairy alternatives have failed me in some way or another. The creamer is amazing! Thick like real cream, great flavor (no coconutty taste at all), and doesn't separate when added to hot drinks. I've started playing around with it more, and so far have used it in mashed potatoes, smoothies (French Vanilla is perfect here), and of course coffee/tea. I love that it's completely unsweetened and has no crappy ingredients (I'm halfway through my second Whole30 right now). It adds a wonderful creaminess to my espressos/coffees/teas without destroying the flavor. The photo is a double shot of the Illy red espresso and a good glug of the French Vanilla. Creamy and wonderful. Tip: if you shake the container really well for a few seconds before pouring, you get a little bit of "froth" on your coffee :D
