Useful to know: In addition to the 1) headset and 2) usb bluetooth key, you will also receive 3) the multi-charge holding carrying case, 4) a usb-to-micro-usb cable that charges the case, 5) an adapter for the cable that attaches for direct-to-headset charging, 6) desktop weighted headset charger that plugs to electrical outlet I did not realize this when purchasing, because the product info was not that descriptive and the picture suggested only the first two items. Therefore, you do NOT need to buy the (extremely handy) charging carry case separately. Also, note that the carry case does not work with other Plantronics headsets of similar shape that physically fit in the case but do not have the same charging point connector. The headset and accessories address many of the issues experienced by those of us 'mobile workers' who use Lync instead of a desk phone and have cell phones that are used interchangeably. This headset allows you to use both (and other devices) seamlessly. I appreciate having an actual switch for on/off and separate buttons for mute, volume, power and talk. While those buttons multi-task, it's not in the same way as prior models that can leave you guessing whether that "beep", "boop" or "tone" meant you're muted or not on that important phone call. It's also nigh impossible to turn on the headset by accident, a common problem with the push-button approach in a bag. For this seller, the product arrived in original packaging and faster than I expected (from AZ to MN - 2 days on free shipping). The only complaint is the info description, including picture, that could have made my decision process simpler and more confident.
