These containers are great! So far nothing has leaked out. The top doesn't leak at all. In fact I've had a hard time actually getting the top off of them, but honestly I'd rather have that than have it fall off all the time. After seeing the sizes of the containers I was honestly afraid that I had made a mistake. I thought there was no way I'd be able to eat such smaller portions than I'm used to, but as it turns out they actually hold A LOT of food. And I was FULL! They really are great sizes. Some people were worried that they may not be the same size as the 21 day fix containers. My friend brought her "official" waaaay more expensive containers and we compared the two of them. They're identical. The great thing about these, other than the great price is that it comes with a chart with the types of food you can eat (There's a lot of food!) and they also give you a PDF of a food/ container chart where you knock off the food/containers you have eaten for the day that corresponds to how many calories you are supposed to intake. It's been great so far and I've lost about 5 pounds in a week since starting. Most importantly I feel great and in control! I think a lot of my problem and most other people is I just don't know how much I should eat and when I need to stop. This does it for me. The customer service is excellent! Kathy (one of the owners) contacted me right away to make sure I had everything I needed. When I had mentioned that I hadn't received the pdf yet (it takes a few days after shipping) she sent it to me right away with a personal note. Excellent! I totally recommend this! The price is great, customer service is fantastic, and the extra stuff you get along with the containers are totally helpful. There are others that are also cheaper than this specific brand ($8 versus $12, which is what I paid for this)but they have been known to leak, quality isn't great, and it doesn't come with the extras. I would much rather pay a bit more and have a better quality product. Good but and I'm so glad I bought it! Looking forward to seeing my results in the next few weeks!
