I have had this phone dash mount in my car now for a few months. I never had any issues with the suction or anything at all in that matter. I had a note 10 plus with a case and it fit just fine and I now have the 12 pro max with a case and that also fits just fine. Very happy with this mount and I would def. recommend it. I recently just bought my Husband one as well for his semi truck and he has also had no issues at all!
