I ordered two of these in grey. After I wore them the first night, I went back and ordered four more. And then I went through my drawers and donated all of my old pajama pants (with horrible elastic!) to Goodwill. These are flat out the best pajama pants I've found in many years. For me, the greatest feature of these pants is the drawstring -- and NO ELASTIC! I'm very uncomfortable with elastic waistbands, they dig in and leave red marks on my skin. With these, I can adjust the drawstring to my own comfort. It's like a miracle for me, with my super-sensitive skin. The fabric is thin, which is best for pajamas, but it's not *too* thin. The fabric feels sturdy and I believe the pants will hold up for a while. I am 5'7", 230 pounds, more of an apple body, a solid size 3X. The 3X pants fit perfectly -- there's even a bit of extra room in the waist, making them feel more relaxed, and there's room to gain or lose a few pounds, with the adjustable drawstring. Another reviewer mentioned the holes for the drawstrings being unfinished. While I wish they *were* finished, frankly I'm not surprised at this price point. I do think with care, they will hold up. The first thing I did with those drawstrings was to tie a big knot in the ends of each, to keep the drawstring from getting lost inside the waistband. My theory is that wear-and-tear on the waistband might cause problems with those unfinished holes, so I'm trying to "use" the drawstrings as little as possible. That said, I know some don't like drawstrings because of the added hassle when getting dressed/undressed. I like to keep mine slightly loose, to the point that I can pull them down and up again without having to untie the drawstring. This so far works great. They loosen up a bit with wear, so I'm having to adjust the drawstrings. But the comfort I'm experiencing - without elastic! - is well worth any drawstring hassles. LONG STORY SHORT PROS: Soft, lightweight fabric plenty of room adjustable drawstring no elastic (great for sensitive skin!) very comfortable plus-size friendly pants and true to size CONS: Drawstring openings not finished; handle carefully a bit short for those of us with long legs (but for pajamas, who cares?)
