I just had back surgery and needed a massager that would fill a number of criteria: 1. no "kneading" massage BS (if you want shiatsu, go pay for it - sitting on a poor excuse for same is painful and usually bad for you) 2. HEAT 3. vibrating massage that can be controlled in different areas 4. must be big enough to fill a chair and STAY PUT 5. must be comfortable enough to sit on when not in use This product meets all the above and was a good value as well. Out of the box it was better than any other I have owner prior. It can be used at home or in the car (adaptor included) Sorry to see it now says "Out of Stock" - hope I didn't take the last one. Highly recommend.
