[ADDITIONAL COMMENT ADDED AND STAR DEDUCTION: While I really like this litter, I have grown to really hate the overly nauseating perfumed scent of it. I am frustrated beyond belief that they can't come up with a litter like this that's not scented so strongly. Some of us have to have these in areas where we frequent often. It's just too much! However, I can't seem to find a litter that is truly is dust free like this and has the least amount of tracking like this litter.]The Platinum Slide litter is the first litter I've found that has made scooping so much easier! I have two cats and one pees like she's two cats, so all other clump litters, would just adhere to the bottom of the litter boxes. It was a grueling back-hurting task to scoop two litter boxes because I had to basically jackhammer the clumps with the scooper and the clumps were ridiculously heavy. Some litters, the clumps would fall apart making scooping much harder. The clumps with this litter are nowhere nearly as heavy and does not break apart. I also see very little tracking of this litter in the house which is an even bigger bonus! I was getting so sick and tired, not to mentioned grossed out, at having to remove cat litter from my bed and furniture constantly. I was having to sweep every single day as well. I still sweep, but I don't have to do so nearly as often and I rarely see a grain of cat litter in my bed. The litter is sand-like so I'm guessing it doesn't get trapped in their little toe beans. That same cat that pees like two cats, also has the most gawd-awful poops I've ever had the displeasure of smelling, and despite all the other cat litters saying it had odor control, this one comes the closest. Now, I really dislike the perfumed scent of this litter, and normally tried to stay away from litter that had that gross perfumed scent, but I swear it is a trade off I am now able to overlook because it actually does the job. I'm thinking the cats also like the feel of this litter because they cover their turds completely (which helps to eliminate the stench). Lastly, this is the only litter that has been true about not creating a dust cloud when you pour it or scoop. So, besides the perfumed smell, this litter is one of the best I've ever tried. I've tried many different litters, from crystals to pellets, to wheat, this one is so far the best one.
