I was diagnosed with PCOS 4 years ago and have been unsuccessfully trying to conceive for 6 years including rounds of IUI. My testosterone is x5 higher than what the average for a woman generally is. We recently moved and decided to hear out what our new doctor said and possibly one or two more rounds of IUI but my heart was already looking towards adoption. I’d also been avidly researching natural supplements and vitamins specific to PCOS for a couple years and had tried everything under the sun with no luck. I came across and article that talked about the anti-androgen ability of spearmint. I thought what the heck, why not. I am here to say that after a month and a half of drinking two cups a day of this spearmint tea - I. AM. PREGNANT!!! Hope may hurt sometimes and maybe this won’t work for everyone but… it’s worth a try. Worked for us. <3
