I am severely disappointed in the feedback I received from your workers at ring customer service about the ring solar floodlight because they said it would not work with out the ring bridge, I was told I had to spend another $50 for my purchase to work but it works just fine without it. I feel disgusted with the mis-information that your techs seem to not understand..
