I thought I was ready. I opened the package and inhaled the fragrance and it smelled of power. The dark rich fumes permiated my mind and I grew greedy for the power each pod had to offer. I brewed my first cup and looked at the blackness as if it were the heart of a witch and I drank it. I wanted the feel of it in my veins. It consumed me instead. It changed me. It took everything and made it as violent as the darkness of the brew. I may never recover.
